Refund policy
We hope each Carolina Jasmine piece feels thoughtfully chosen for your home. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Carolina Jasmine is responsible for the return shipping label and return shipping costs for approved returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- One-of-a-kind items
- Fully custom items
- Semi-custom items
- Special orders
- Personalized items
- Furniture
- Personal care goods, including beauty and skincare products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted. If approved, your store credit will be issued after the return has been processed.
Original payment refunds are not provided for eligible returns unless required by law or related to a confirmed order issue, damage, or fulfillment error.
